Terms of Service
1. We provide on demand service from the booking request you submit, in case that you need more extra hours you can contact our customer service to make a payment.
2. In case that customer wants to cancel the booking, please note that the cancellation which is done less than 2 hr. after the appointment time cannot be refund [ you will be charged 100%]
3. Cancellation & Refund policy
a. Customer will get 90% refund if the cancellation is made more than 24 hr. before the appointment time.
b. Customer will get 50% refund if the cancellation is made between 24 hr. - 2 hours. before the appointment time.
c. The refund cannot be done for the cancellation made less than 2 hr. before the appointment time.
4. 4GOLF provides only damage insurance cover only the property damage from our service provider. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE INSURANCE AND 4GOLF DOES NOT COVER ANY LOSS OF ITEMS, WE DO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF ITEMS IN THE SERVICE AREA. SO, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU DON'T LEAVE ANY VALUABLES [eg MONEY, CASH, JEWELS, ELECTRONIC OR GADGETS] IN THE PLACE DURING THE SERVICE.
5. Insurance coverage for each service
a. 10,000 USD
6. 4GOLF provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee. In case that the Golf Service doesn't meet customer's expectation, 4GOLF will send another Professional. However the claim needs to be done within 24 hr after the appointment time.
7. Insurance claim and satisfaction claim policy
a. Customer must send the claim report to our staff within 24 hr after the appointment time.
b. We or insurance company will calculate the cost base on market price deduct depreciation.
c. In case that we or insurance company cannot find the price of exact item, we or insurance company might use the price of similar item in the market deduct the depreciation.
These Terms of Use, together with the privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") and the rules, policies, terms and conditions set forth in, referred to and/or linked herein, all of which are incorporated herein by reference, are, collectively, the "Agreement".
